MADMEN Odometer: Where we went in June

June turned out to be record breaking for the MADMEN.

Apparently a large number of us like to to race across the steppes, go raiding and pillaging and…. oops I mean eat Mongolian grill food. We had a large number, new members included, attend MINI Munchies at the Gengis Grill with Cold Stone Creamery ice cream after.
MINI of Tucson celebrated Dog Days of Summer with an adoption day where 2 MADMEN took home a new family member.
Last Saturday Breakfast and Mt. Lemmon run was attended by 38 hungry people (MADMEN and Rat Packers) at Viv’s Cafe ( who did a marvelous job of feeding us) and then 14 cars hit the mountain road for cool temps at the top. This was so popular it might become an annual June event.
Oh, and Tucson saw over 100 degree temps for every day in June, a record.
July promises to be hot also as we go Greek for MINI Munchies at Fronimo’s on July 11, attend the DMC Annual meeting on July 14 at Coyote Pause Cafe (Active Members Only Please), check out the MINI of Tucson Open House, Barbecue and Road Rally on July 20 and we will end the month with breakfast at May’s Counter on July 27th.
