Shout and Twist
After Last Saturday Breakfast we are doing Shout and Twist. This drive used to be called Twist and Shout but we’re doing it backwards. Not driving in reverse, but from bottom to top so we can check out the seasonal color. We’ll be leaving from Oink and taking the I-10 to Hwy 191 aka 666 aka The Devil’s Highway through Safford, up to Springerville, and then over to Show Low for the night. Show Low has several motels, I think I’ll stay at America’s Best Value. We have several choices for a group dinner location and breakfast Sunday morning. Make your room reservations ASAP and also RSVP so we know you are joining us. And don’t forget to bring some snacks because the Devil’s Highway doesn’t serve lunch.
