Tumi opened its doors on February 2nd, 2012, and is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dining at Tumi can make anyone experience being transported to Peru, for that reason Oscar Graham, chef and owner of Tumi, thinks “Tumi is a tiny bit of Peru in Arizona.”
About Tumi
Oscar Graham, chef and owner of Tumi, started his career as chef in 1977 at Bruno’s Restaurant in New York. In 1982 he moved to California where he’s considered a pioneer in Peruvian food because he helped several restaurants become established. Some of these restaurants are El Carbon, El Monte, Villa, El Cholito, Ceviche, and El Inka.
