Room for rent

I have a spare room in a 3 bedroom house located in quiet and beautiful Anthem, AZ. The room is 12x10 with closet and ceiling fan. You will have use of kitchen, living room, full bathroom, laundry room with washer/dryer , and half of the 2.5 car garage. In the living room is a big screen DLP with a 7.1 stereo. Must not be allergic to cats! Must adhere to HOA rules!

You pay half utilities (gas, water, electricity, garbage, internet, hoa, cable).

Rent is $400 / month :) <-- new lower price!

Contact Dominic Tuso 623-271-5020 for more information.

Too far from work or else I'd seriously consider it.

Good point. Very good point.

The idea of driving the Mini to Chandler, getting into the work van, Driving the work Van back up to almost Cave creek, then back down to Chandler, then getting back in the Mini, then driving home to Anthem just seems down right silly! Besides, I like being an east-sider, we've got a great group of Mini-folks over here! :)

Then again I could put a roof rack on the Mini and strap a ladder to it (and the occasional Plasma TV) and use it as my work van.

Piece of cake... 8)
Just make sure that you get one of those ladders that fold into itself and as long as it is 61 inches or shorter, you can put it in the boot!
