Future road block for AMVIV ??

A Chapter 11 filing for reorganization isn't the end of the world and everyone in Vegas is struggling right now, so no big surprise for sure.
If you see Chapter 7, usually that means a cease of operations and the assets are liquidated by the trustee. Doesn't sound like they are near that point.
