Phx driver??

So driving home from Phx today saw a nice silver sports car driving slow on I-10 around firebird with 12 cop cars lights on behind him. then less than a mile behind them another 9 cop cars lights on too. Then about 5 or 6 more. Anyone know why?? :?
Volvo C30 BB RD Stock so very stock and staying that way!! Wait........

had.....:( '05 MCSa HB/B all 4 packages, anthracite trim, H/K sound, Aero Kit, Pulley and intake.

That would be a Cadillac XLR, nice ride... dad wouldn't make the payment? ;) At least it ended peacefully...
