Gonna Miss DMC

This summer I'll be at Shambhala Mountain Center, a retreat center in the Colorado Rockies that offers Buddhist meditation, yoga, and other contemplative disciplines. I'll be working and meditating, including a 4-week meditation retreat -- wow! Have a fun summer -- see you in September! -- Mike

Hey I grew up in Sedalia. Just a few miles down the road from there. It is a beautiful area. You will love it. Not to mention the fresh cool air. Wish I was going 
There used to be a place we would stop and get food. Called the Blue Spruce. Man they had the best french fries when I was a kid. But, that was some 30 yrs ago. ha
