Gone from MINI N. Scottsdale

[Chili Mini]

As of Thursday 8 Sept. Justin Gray is no longer with MINI NS. Matt Martin has moved over from BMW and taken over Justin's office, customer base and phone number (480-538-6493).

We had our first dealings with Matt Thursday noon when a barely drivable Chili Mini (06 MCS) limped in (no appointment) with horrendous grinding noises coming from the left front wheel. I suspected a wheel bearing. I showed Matt the Dec. 09 MNS repair ticket for replacing the left front wheel and suspension damaged when I hit a yellow concrete bubble lane marker.

We picked up a repaired MINI at noon Friday. They replaced the loose axle nut. I figure they could have just tightened it and I would have been none the wiser. But they replaced it and torqued it to specs. The kicker - No charge. Seems to me Matt got MINI NS to stand behind a faulty Dec. 09 repair job.

Yeah, i had nothing but great experiences with Justin at MNS as well, but good to hear you had a good experience with the new guy!
