Phoenix Window Tinting

Postby reddingdASU » Tue Feb 08, 2011 2:24 am

Hey guys,

I'm looking to get my windows tinted as the desert sun is quite unbearable in the MINI. I was just wondering if anybody had any references.

Thanks,

Redding

Myself and a number of other members in the club have used a mobile tinting service. Real nice guy named Mark, his number is 602-230-8468.
"Serving the valley since 1978" on his card.

He usually has a couple days of backlog, but the best part, he comes to you! Give him a ring. Good guy, quality work, has done many Minis.

I think that's who I used..he was like $120.

I found the whole thing to be sort of sketchy when he pulled up....but turned out great, love my tint.

I have a guy that runs a shop in surprise and is willing to trade me for some audio parts i have off of craigslist. He says they only use lifetime warranty film and will provide a lifetime warranty card. Any idea on exactly what lifetime warranty film is?

Most places are lifetime warranty on the film. That usually means it wont discolor, tear, de-form, etc. Doesn't cover damage from your seatbelt whacking the window, like i do, heh, or other types of wear and tear. Basically manufacturers defect warranty.

Thanks for the info. I got my tint done today. Looks fantastic. If you guys are in the Surprise area and are looking to have your windows tinted I highly recomend Steve Foster (623) 249-9923.

Now to add some stripes to Sir Canny and he should look great!
