Lets Drive Through a Tree

We took a 29 day, 4,396 mile trip with our new Oxy Blue Cooper. In that time we drove California's highway 1 and Oregon 101 - San Diego, Morro Bay, Big Sur, Monterey, Fort Bragg, Crescent City, Astoria and on to Port Townsend in Washington.

The Redwoods were as awesome as I remembered from my kidhood

Our new R56 was superb, the six-speed automagic tranny made us forget all about our prior CVT Cooper and the SPORT button is the bomb!

My birthday was the 18th which is our excuse for missing the DMC meeting. :oops:

Happy Birthday Phil! And great pics!

Thats a part of the area that Marilyn and I are hoping to do on a trip next year.

I'd love to make this trip too. Tom and I have talked about it for ages, and just have never made actual plans.
