I've got this space, 10ft x 4 1/2ft in the garage. Anyone have any ideas?

An Isetta and you would have plenty of space left for spare bits!

MK1 1961 Morris Mini-Minor !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got it home 30 minutes ago!

Needs a little TLC, but it sure is fun. It will be Patty's driver training (learn to shift car) Mini.

Where did you get this little beauty? I think I looked at it online...unless it's another Java Green one....with those seats. It's awesome!

The owner dropped a flyer off at Ernies British Car Service in Tucson. He needed room in his garage to work on his MGB and racing motorcycles and the Mini was relegated to a U-Haul storage unit. Poor Mini.
I gave him a call, three weeks and several test drives and inspections later it is sleeping safely in our garage with our 3 other Minis/MINIs!

I've already started working on it. The motor was so loose you could rock it back and forth. The Dog-bone engine steady was missing the bolt and nut that holds it to the firewall. 5 minute fix.
It doesn't have a number plate light, so that is on order from 7 Enterprises, along with the folding plate holder so that the plate is visible with the boot open. Going to install a tropical fan and replace all the unreinforced hoses with silicone. All the old copper core ignition wires will go. Need to install some missing grease fittings and change the oil. It does have a spin-on filter adapter, yeh!

It has a floor mounted starter button, half roll cage, external hinges and sliding windows. Yoko A008 rubber on Minator wheels. Cooper S disc brakes, 1275cc power plant with a rod change tranny. The hardest thing to get use to is that the steering wheel is on the left. When did they start doing that?

Our plans? Drive the hell out of it. :D Next June it will take the 2,500 mile round trip journey to Bend, Oregon for Mini Meet West 2013.
