and install yourself....done the installs...not that hard...minimal cost..

I priced them out but have never done the install before. It will cost 375 to have it done in vinyl or about a grand to have it painted. I have been told by 3 different vinyl guys, that to do the front and back, it will take them 9 to 10 hours. So that would mean it would probably take me a week

Personally I wouldnt put them down across the bumpers and apron,
keep it on the hood...down lower it looks to broken up and scattered.
you can remove the hood scoop trim and front edge and back edge of hood,
lay down over soapy water, sqeegee out, trim, reinstall...done
even if you mess up, order another set and your still only at $100

2 things. First off I charge 650 for viper stripes front to back and I can get them done in 4 hours tops. anyone that tells you 10 hours is an amiture and you might as well do them yourself.

Second. if you get them from me and your are a DMC member you get a 25% discount.

You can get them from mighty stripes if you want an inferior product that will not last more that a year or 2.

@dragonflyer,

Is that 650 front TO back or front AND back? I just need the front like the one above maybe not on the apron still on the fence about that and down the boot from the bottom of the window to the BOTTOM of the car.

That is front to back. Includes bumpers and roof. If you don't want sertain parts then I can take that off the list. Just wanted to give you a rough idea of total cost.

Different grades means a lot in the vinyl world. Just because it comes from 3m does not make it the best product on the market. I'm glad you got a good deal on stripes and were able to put them on yourself. I encourage ppl to do so.

2 years however does not mean anything. Most vinyl, even low grade stuff will last 2 years. The real test will be in 4 years when it's time to take them off. It also has to do with the treatment of your car. 2 years in a garage in the day time is like 7 years of high grade in the sun.

I'm not putting down your stripes or your install and I'm certainly not trying to talk myself up. Although I do stand by my product and expertise in the matter. I just want ppl to be informed.

There is signage vinyl and there is car vinyl. Both from the same company but not the same product. Mighty stripes is know for using a signage low grade vinyl for their stripes.

But whatever. You are all adults and can make your own choice of where to go for your stripes 8)
