Last Saturday Breakfast and Drive

Red or green? The correct response is “Christmas” and that’s what I’m answering when we go to Goyita’s New Mexican restaurant. Located at 10420 N. La Canada Dr. in Oro Valley at the Northeast corner of La Canada and Lambert Lane Goyita’s is serving New Mexican and American breakfasts.
We’re breakfasting at 8am and Goyita’s does NOT take reservations so when you get there grab some tables for the rest of us.

After breakfast the fun run is looking for more colour as we head up to Picacho Peak State Park to look at the wildflowers. The entrance fee is $7 per car. Don’t forget walking shoes, water, sunblock and camera. Bring snacks if you think you’ll get hungry but I will probably head to the DQ across the interstate for some ice cream.
